Garden Cottage is an annexe property resting within the grounds of the main house in Ilkley, Yorkshire. It comes with one bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. There is also a shower room, making it ideal for couples, single parent and child, or solo travellers. Completing the single-storey cottage is an open-plan living space with kitchen dining area and sitting area. The property has a microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, Smart TV and WiFi. The property has underfloor heating. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a garden with lawn area and patio area with table and chairs plus BBQ. Garden Cottage is a wonderful base for a holiday in Yorkshire. Please note: From mid-April the main house, which is about 50 feet awayfrom the Garden Cottage, will be undergoing a loft conversion. Works willtake place during the day only and may involve some limited degree of builders will be made aware of times when the Garden Cottage is bookedand will endeavor to minimize any possible disruption. During part of thistime there will be scaffolding which may encroach on the driveway, sotemporarily parking may be limited to the road. A free parking pass will beprovided.
