Gooder House is a well presented pet-friendly property benefitting from some river views, situated in Above Town and within a 10 minute walk from Historic Dartmouth’s award winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, one with a super King zip and link bed and en suite shower room, one with a double bed and the third with two single beds and en suite wet room with a further family bathroom and shower room available. The attic floor sitting room offers comfortable accommodation with some views, whilst the open plan kitchen dining room offers a spacious contemporary fully equipped kitchen and large wooden table and chairs to seat six comfortably. Bi-folding doors open out on the rear enclosed tiled terrace with outdoor dining provided. Gooder House is ideal for families and couple alike and also benefits from an integrated garage with space for a small/medium sized car.
