The house is situated at the bottom of Goodwood hill in a private cul-de-sac. Perfecty placed for easy access to the horse racing track (2 minute drive) and the motor racing track (5 min drive). There is 1 x double en-suite, 1 x small double with shared bathroom (you can book this room for double occupancy but I think it’s more suitable for one person) there is also 1 x single room with shared bathroom. Accommodation is basic but comfortable, room only.
My name is Caroline, I have lived here for 20 years, I have a well behaved dog who lives in the house with me, she doesn’t have access to the bedrooms though!
Quiet area. Perfect for access to Goodwood racing (2 min drive) and motor events (5 min drive). Only ten minutes from Midhurst so also good for those attending Cowdray Polo. The local pub, The Fox Goes Free is a 5 minute walk and serves good food (you will need to book a table in advance if you want to eat there, as it’s very popular!). The Cathedral city of Chichester is a ten minute drive.
