Company information
Grand Norfolk Holiday Apartments endeavours to provide its guests with modern, high-quality holiday accommodation at accessible prices. We are happy to accept pets and to accommodate our guests' requests.
Property information
The property was initially built as a hotel by the Prince of Wales in 1872. For several years it was a popular summer destination for members of British Royal family and during the war it hosted Winston Churchill. A secret passage it said to be hidden in the basement leading to the beach! After years of misfortune it was purchased and converted into holiday apartments. We love telling our guests the history of the building and chatting about the National Trusts historic buildings nearby (our favourite is Blickling Hall, only 15 minutes drive). As we have a path leading straight to the beach we love having with us families, groups of friends and pets who love walking or just spending time practising sports.
Neighbourhood information
Mundesley is a lovely English village, which allows visitors to relax in a traditional atmosphere. People are very open and friendly and always ready to chat wether you want to visit the local museum or have a nice lunch in one of the pubs. We have a Tesco opposite our property and a church nearby organising evening activities for the community. It's a perfect holiday place for families with children and solo travellers as well.
