“The house itself was very good. The bathroom is downstairs and you have to go through the kitchen to get to it which felt a bit strange. Also the stairs are very steep so if you aren't confident you need to come down sideways.”

Property information
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the heart of Grimsby. Located straight off Peaks Parkway with easy access to Alexandra Dock. Only a 12 minute walk from Grimsby Town railway station and a 10 minute drive from Cleethorpes beach front. If you are visiting for the football Blundell Park it is only a 8 minute drive or 35 minute walk. Perfect location for these working in the area due to the local convenience stores.
