Mud Huts was formed in 2016 by husband and wife team, Ian Chandler & Jane Biss. Having managed their own successful holiday lettings business since 2006, they decided to offer their knowledge and skills to other holiday home owners. Ian's background is engineering and IT, whilst Jane's is from the hotel and hospitality industry. Individually diverse but a perfect combination to cover all aspects of holiday home management. Based in Mudeford, we aim to provide a local hands on ‘5 star’ service to holiday home owners and guests alike.

Harbour View - A well appointed apartment with great views

Arriving by car: When approaching on the A361 from the direction of Ilfracombe High Street proceed from the end of the high street for approximately ¼ of a mile. Hillsborough Terrace is set back from the main road on your right hand side about 100 yards before the traffic lights. Turn right into the terrace and then drive up the slope to the front of the houses. When approaching on the A399 from Combe Martin direction, Hillsborough Terrace is set back from the main road on your left hand side just after the traffic lights at the junction with the A399/B3230. Turn left into the terrace and then drive up the slope to the front of the houses. No 9 is approximately 1/3 of the way down and clearly marked. Your parking space is directly outside the building and is the marked as number 4. The key safe is to the right of the front door and is marked as “Harbour View 4”. The flat is on the first floor and is flat No. 4. By train: Barnstaple is the nearest station to Ilfracombe Harbour (12.8 miles). Once you get off your train, you can hop on a bus from outside the station (stop B) and catch either the number 21 service via Braunton or number 301 via the hospital. By air: Exeter airport - 65.7 miles. By bus: There are bus stops within a 1 minute walk.
