Ideally located just at the top of Bowness Village, we are only a short walk down to the shops, bars and restaurants, and to the lake shore. The bus stop is just 50m down the road, where you can set off for journeys to Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere and beyond, making us an ideal sport to stay if you are venturing out on walks or trips on the lake! We are conveniently located on Lake Road which is the main road connecting Bowness-on-Windermere and Windermere. Bowness-on-Windermere is a busy location for much of the year and all it's attractions and amenities are just a short walk from Hazeldene. Set in a traditional Lakeland Building, Hazeldene has 5 en-suite rooms for you to choose from. We have private parking spaces available to guests included in the room price. Our parking spaces are away from the street, but we can also offer garage parking for motorcycles if required, on request. Hazeldene guests have FREE access to the off-site Choices Health Club which includes a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Fitness class are also available.
