The holiday cottage is a detached timber property which provides ideal accommodation for anytime of year, it has a decked verandah and 38ft of private river frontage with mooring, ideal for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Fishing is available from the riverbank (seasonal, licence required) with many options of fish to be caught. Explore more of the waterways by hiring a boat for the day. A two man sit on fishing kayak and fishing dinghy/rowboat is provided for guests with life jackets provided. Norfolk has many local attractions nearby to make your stay memorable. There is a landline telephone for guests to use. The railway station is just ¼-mile away with a train service into Great Yarmouth and Norwich. Beach 12 miles. Shop and restaurant 1 mile, pub ¼ mile.
