The Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport provides a free shuttle service exclusively to Birmingham International Train Station. Operating approximately every 30 minutes from 5:00 am to 11 am, hourly from 11 am to 1 pm, and every 30 minutes from 3 pm to 11 pm, the service is subject to availability. The hotel driver will only drop off and pick up at Birmingham International Train Station, and there is no signage at station bus stops as per station manager regulations. At the station, a complimentary 30-second automatic monorail connects to the Airport.

The Leisure Club features an indoor swimming pool, a Steam Room, Jacuzzi, and a fully equipped gym. Note that the pool is closed for baby swim lessons on Mon & Fri from 9:00 - 12:30 and on Mon, Tue, & Thurs from 15:30 - 19:30. The pool operates at half capacity on Sat from 8:30-13:00.
