Honeysuckle Lodge is a new “Bijou” style Luxury one bedroom, self contained, residence situated on Waterside in the picturesque town of Knaresborough on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales - With it’s historic castle / ruins and iconic railway viaduct spanning the River Nidd, this has to be one of the most stunning places to visit for a break in the uk. Honeysuckle Lodge is in an elevated position and has woodland views over the river, the interior is dominated by a large glass roof lantern, ensuring lots of natural light, it has a luxury en-suite shower room with a unique roof-light, the main room has a king size ottoman bed for storage and a luxury “sleepeeze” pocket-gel mattress, there is a small kitchenette, with fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster etc, a seating area with a wall mounted 55” smart tv with Netflix etc. The bi-fold doors open out onto a large floodlit decking area with garden furniture and plants, where you can enjoy drinks and watch the world go by. There are two great pubs within 75 yds of the lodge on either side of “ Low bridge” both serving good food and fine ales, Further along Waterside you come to three other cafes serving breakfast and lunches plus there are ice cream parlours or you can take a trip on the river in our famous rowing boats. Small dogs allowed on request.

Honeysuckle Lodge has been a wonderful project, and we have put our heart and soul into it, so to see it come to fruition makes us very proud, so we are now ready to invite guests to stay and enjoy the luxury of the Lodge and the beautiful landscapes of Knaresborough. Our Town also hosts the FEVA music/arts festival and is also home to the famous Bed Race

There are numerous local attractions including: Mother Shiptons Cave, and Bebra Gardens, the Chapel in the Rock, and the Walk round Conningham Hall where you can play tennis, putting and also pitch&putt, you may want to visit the Castle / Ruins and marvel at the view from the top, you can meander round the narrow streets and visit the fine market place, with its collection of individual shops, cafes and possibly visit Blind Jacks for a well earned drink.
