Property information

Stone Row Cottage is a Grade II listed home in the quiet village of Skinningrove on the North Yorkshire coast. Sleeping up to four guests, it’s been thoughtfully decorated to offer plenty of space and comfort for a self-catering stay by the sea. Just a few minutes’ stroll from Cattersty Sands - a beautiful, dog-friendly beach - the cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the North Yorkshire coast and moors. Stone Row is dog-friendly, with no restrictions on where your companions can go.

Neighbourhood information

Skinningrove is a small, quiet and friendly fishing village with a rich mining history. But Skinningrove’s best secret is Cattersty Sands, a beautiful golden beach, dog-friendly all year round and less than a five-minute easy stroll from Stone Row Cottage. Secluded and unspoilt, with easy access and no steps or steep slopes, it’s a peaceful spot to go for a stroll and breathe in the sea air. The Cleveland Way coastal path also runs right through Skinningrove, with stunning walks on the doorstep. You can head north towards Saltburn-by-the-Sea or south towards Staithes, both offering incredible sea views and cliff-top scenery. If you walk the coastal path to Saltburn-by-the-Sea, you can always hop on the bus back to the village.
