We are the new owners of Kelso House Holiday Flats. We have just completed a full refurbishment of our four apartments. We look forward to welcoming you and your families and will be on hand to give as much advice as you need so you can enjoy your holidays to the max. Pets are more than welcome at Kelso House as long as they are house trained, all we ask is that they are not left on their own for more than 2 hours. Also we ask that you bring their own beds etc, you don't need to bring their bowls as we will supply these. We also require you to consider all other guest in the property when your pets are barking. Pets stay at no extra cost. But if there is damage or mess hasn't been cleaned up then there will be a charge for cleaning/damage.

You don't need to go far for a tram or bus as they are just across the road, and Just across the tram tracks to the left is Lidl, and a bit further to the right is Aldi. Cleveleys town centre is 10 mins stroll where you will find M&S, B&M, Iceland, Home Bargains and many more, Cleveleys Promenade is a 15min stroll where you can sit and have a ice cream sundae near the Promenade, or have lunch in one of the many cafes. Also you will find Amusement Arcade and many more go in Fleetwood Market is 5 miles away, and is open on Saturday Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 9am-4.30pm. You can either get a tram or bus, or even go in your own car. Blackpool is approximately 4 miles from us. As you have a car park space at the property we would suggest to leave your vehicle at the property and get the tram or bus, which will drop you off where you want to go. Check-out is 10am and unfortunately we are unable to offer a later check-out. But if you have arrived by train/coach and are wanting to enjoy the day then you are more than welcome to leave your bags in the office for safe keeping. Check-in is 3pm It is not possible to change this. But you can leave your luggage with us if you arrive early
