Kennie Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining area, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden patio with furniture and off-road parking for 1 small/medium car. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop, pub and beach, and within 1.4 miles, a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
