Seafield was established in 1947 by the Braddick family, and is still run by the family today. Hobart Braddick and his son Leslie opened the site for business in 1947, with chalets and caravans. Some of these chalets still stand today, including our Kipling and Lundy View villas.

Backing onto the Kipling Tors with superb views of Bideford Bay, these cosy villas have full central heating throughout. They have an open plan kitchen, dining and a living space. The villas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and comprise of one double and one twin bedroom. They all boast private sheltered verandas with sea views, perfect to enjoy an early breakfast or a late drink watching the sun set over the bay.
