MY NAME IS GILL AND I HAVE BEEN HOSTING FOR 4 YEARS. IT GIVES ME GREAT PLEASURE TO LET GUESTS STAY IN MY COTTAGES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO ENJOY AND RESPECT THE AREA I HAVE BEEN BORN AND BRED. I LOVE TO WALK AND AS WELL AS LIVING ON A WORKING SHEEP FARM TRAVEL TO GREECE WHERE WE HAVE A PROPERTY TO ENJOY.

LABERNUM COTTAGE SITS OF THE RIVER TWISS AND GRETA WHICH JOINS TOGETHER TO FORM THE RIVER GRETA. THE COTTAGE HAS A BEAUTIFUL SITTING OUT AREA/PATIO OVER LOOKING THE RIVERS AND VIADUCT WITH AMAZING VIEWS. THE COTTAGE IS EXTREMELY QUIET FOR THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING A GREAT RELAXING LOCATION BUT THEN A STONES THROW FROM THE VILLAGE PUBS AND RESTAURANTS. LABERNUM IS NESTLED UNDERNEATH INGLEBOROUGH ONE OF THE FAMOUS 3 PEAKS WHICH ARE BREATH TAKINGLY STUNNING WALKS AND SCENERY. THE FAMOUS LAKE DISTRICT WITH THE LAKE WINDERMERE AND BEATRIX POTTER IS A 25 MINUTE DRIVE. WHITE SCARR CAVES ARE CERTAINLY WORTH A VISIT AS WELL AS INGLETON VILLAGES OUT DOOR POOL AND OF COURSE THE FAMOUS INGLETON WATERFALL WALK.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS FULL OF FRIENDLY LOCAL YORKSHIRE DALES PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL SO VERY FRIENDLY. INGLETON WATERFALLS IS ON LABERNUM COTTAGE DOORSTEP AND IS A MUST TO WALK. THE FAMOUS 3 PEAKS ARE ALSO VERY NEAR WITH LABERNUM BEING LOCATED UNDERNEATH INGLEBOROUGH SO IF YOUR UP FOR THE CHALLENGE COME AND STAY WITH US.
