Our high quality, all one level, non smoking holiday home is situated close to the New Forest, and just over a mile from Avon Valley Country Park. Lovely wrap around, spacious, fenced garden with patio furniture for outside dining. Cycle store area. The Villa sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 1 baby in cot is also welcome. 1 dog allowed but we are open to allowing extra dogs at our discretion, perfect for families, extended families, small groups of friends and couples. Short breaks of 3-4 nights welcome. We also have our own private fields just along the lane from the Villa, which you can use at any time, children (and adults) can ride their bikes, play ball games (goal posts already set up), fly kites, or walk the dog. Take a picnic and just enjoy the space. Private parking for up to 3 average sized cars, we can accommodate extra cars if required a little further up the lane within easy access, but still secure private parking. The Villa is suitable for people with restricted mobility, it is wheelchair friendly, however there is a small step into the Villa. Dog bed, we have provided the biggest bed we could find, so from tiny pet, to biggest ever, they can curl up and be comfy, dog bowls, towels, toys, treats, poop bags available in the property, all free to use during your stay. Extras to make your stay memorable. You are on a break, but we want you to feel at home, so included are highchair, cot, children’s cutlery, plates and bowls, colouring books, age related games and books. For use in the garden and fields, kites, cricket set, footballs. Quooker tap, instant hot water for that cup of tea or coffee. Welcome pack, with treats for everyone. Little Hill Farm Villa is situated within St Leonards, Ringwood, close to the New Forest and Moors Valley Country Park with its trail walks linking to Castleman's trailway where you can cycle all the way to Poole or Ringwood, or stay at Moors Valley and its Go Ape, Adventure Valley mini golf, little narrow gauge steam train, something for all the family and well worth a visit, Poole Harbour, Bournemouth beaches just a 30 min car journey away, or just enjoy the New Forest and all its attractions. East Moors Equestrian Centre, opposite the Villa offers hacking out and trail rides. Paultons Part with Peppa Pig World, or Snowtrax if you fancy something a bit cooler, are a short car journey away.
