"Little Orchard" has been our family home since 1985, when we completed building the original part of the house. We were also married in the same year. Since then we have had 3 daughters, three granddaughters and one grandson. We converted and opened up a small part of our home into 'bed & breakfast' and 'room only' accommodation in May 2013. In January 2020, following changing trends we added a Conservatory to Little Orchard, complete with oven, hob & fridge, dining table & chairs + a sofa to transform the accommodation in to a self-catering apartment. The new apartment overlooks a small enclosed garden, which has also undergone renovation in January 2020. This garden is exclusive to guests in Little Orchard Apartment. Following the success of this venture, we have now converted and extended an outbuilding in our garden to form a 'self contained unit', which we have named 'Apple Tree Corner'.

There are 2 pubs within easy walking distance. Yate Shopping Centre is just 2 miles away and Chipping Sodbury just over 3 miles. The British is a small cul-de-sac, hidden away, which makes it a nice, quiet and safe area in which to reside.
