We are a small boutique, family run, property with only 3 rooms so you are assured of a very personal welcome and service. We work very hard to maintain our 5 star reviews. All rooms are Ensuite with free wifi and free onsite parking which is a rarity for such a central Bournemouth location. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen if you do not want to eat out all the time. You can also store food/drink in the guest fridge. Our centrally located property, Little Robin Gate, is a beautiful character house embraced by 2 gardens offering a tranquil stay and sleep.  The house is walking distance to the town centre/ Beach and BIC, Pavilion and Fire Station for shows. We are just a 10 minute walk from main bus & train station.  All rooms have the following: * 32-37 inch TV's with Amazon Prime Video and standard terrestrial channels * Toiletries  * 4 Towels * Complimentary coffee/tea facilities, including herbal tea, biscuits and soya/oat milk * Hair Dryer * Iron and ironing board  * Soft and medium firm pillows * Additional blankets * Fan * Blackout blinds * Newly refurbished

With luck, you will be greeted by a small Princess, our lovely little placid King Charles dog Pumpkin, who makes sure things run smoothly and to a high standard.  We are always happy to help so just ask or message us. Otherwise we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. We regularly cater to guests with food allergies and intolerance's ranging from the more common Dairy intolerance, Vegetarian's, Vegan's and right through to airborne nut allergies. Enjoy breakfast or evening drinks in the sunken Mexican seating area in the garden or make use of the BBQ/outdoor kitchen
For such a central location it is very tranquil so you can hear birds singing during the day. Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this. Dean Park is a tranquil, attractive, leafy area in Bournemouth, encircling the Historic Grade 2 Listed Cricket ground and Pavilion, which is close to a number of parks including the impressive 120 acre Meyrick Park for both for 2 and 4 legged adventurers.

Guests really appreciate the tranquil feel of the property as a break from the hustle and bustle of life so please be respectful of this.

If you have booked the Spa Room the Spa Bath/Jacuzzi can not be used during quiet hours due to the pump noise which can disturb other guests. If coming in late at night please remove your shoes to minimise noise.

Please ensure Music/TV/noise from your room is at such a volume so it can not be heard outside your room.

If you wish to bring a dog please message us before booking with the breed and size of dog and confirm the dogs temperament. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. There is a charge of £16.00 per Dog per night up to a maximum of £64 per dog per week.This must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. We do not accept any other type of pet.

There is one allocated parking space per room.

If you have booked the King Room, the Steam room can not be used during quiet hours due to the drain pump noise which can disturb other guests.
