We're a family of three living and working on a croft just outside Ullapool in the stunning Scottish Highlands. Iain works on the harbour and is also a volunteer firefighter—always ready to lend a hand in the community. Ruth runs Artworks, a charming gift shop in the village, alongside her mum. Our daughter, Ruby, absolutely loves life on the croft—whether she's out with her dog, cat, pony, or feeding the hens. She's also often found helping her uncle care for his flock of sheep and his beautiful Highland cows, known as the Lochbroom Highlanders—a must-see for visitors to the area! In addition to our croft life, we offer a warm Highland welcome in our two glamping pods – The Highland Bothies – perfect for those looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the surroundings in comfort. When we’re not busy with the animals, we enjoy long walks, photography, and travelling whenever we can. We look forward to welcoming you to this special corner of the world we call home.
