Low Houses is a 350 year old 3 bedroom property situated around 500 metres from Hadrians Wall. It’s ideal for wall walkers, families and anyone wanting to explore Northumberland. There are 2 rooms available. One with a double bed and one with two single beds connected by a through door. There is also a third room which I live in and will be there during your stay. If just 2 single people book, they will have a room each for the price of one room as both rooms can be used. Both rooms will only be booked in groups of 3 or 4 people . Additionally, there is only 1 downstairs shared bathroom (sharing with myself). I am new to this as of July 2024, but I can offer comfortable beds, clean sheets and a hot shower, plus a light breakfast. I can also offer guests a lift to and from Corbridge, the local Roman village situated around 3 Kms down the hill. It’s not a fun walk and you will need a lift down there if you want to explore. There is no TV in the property at all, but there is Wi-Fi and a piano! Coffee and tea is available in the room at all times.
