Welcome to your perfect Plymouth getaway! Our stylish duplex apartment is set in a stunning Victorian building just moments from the town centre. You’re only a short bus or car ride from the Seafront and Royal William Yard — or enjoy a lovely walk there on a sunny day. Originally built in 1897 to celebrate 60 years of Queen Victoria’s reign, this former school has been beautifully transformed into luxury apartments while keeping its original charm. You’ll find plenty of character throughout the building, including an incredible stained-glass window crafted by Fouracre and Son. It’s the perfect blend of history, comfort, and convenience — ideal for relaxing, exploring, and making great memories.

I’m originally from London, but my wife Sarah is a proud Plymouth local — or “Janner” as they’re affectionately known! After spending around 20 years living in London, we decided it was time to come back to Plymouth… and it was definitely the right move. We love this beautiful city, and Sarah is delighted to be close to family and old friends again. We like to personally welcome our guests at check-in because we believe a warm hello makes all the difference. Your time is precious, so we keep things friendly, relaxed, and straightforward — after that, the space is completely yours unless you’d like otherwise.
