Reception & Check-in Information:

Please note that this property does not have a reception. Check-in instructions will be sent to you after booking. Access details, including the key safe code, will be sent to guests on the morning of their arrival.

Payment:

Payment may be requested via a secure online link. After booking, the property will contact you with the payment link and the timeframe within which the payment should be made. Alternatively, payment may be processed using the card details provided to Booking.com.

Security Deposit Payment:

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property will charge this deposit a few days before arrival. It will be collected via credit card and refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it is left in the same condition as upon check-in.

Online Contract & ID Verification:

The property will contact you with an online contract that must be completed, along with submitting a valid photo ID, prior to arrival. This is required for check-in.

Age Restriction & Arrival Information:

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. This age requirement also applies to each adult in an all-adult group booking. The property reserves the right to request and obtain a valid photo ID and a selfie from each adult guest to verify their age.

Parties and Events Not Allowed:

This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Any unauthorized parties or gatherings may result in eviction.

No Visitor Policy:

Visitors are not permitted on the property unless previously arranged and agreed with the property owner in advance. This includes any non-registered guests. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be respectful of neighbors and adhere to these hours.

Early & Late Check-out:

Early and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that if the property has same-day check-in or check-out, we may not be able to accommodate this request. We advise you to contact the property in advance to inquire about the possibility of early or late check-out.
