Sympathetically modernised to a very high standard, it blends period charm with all the comforts you’d expect – double glazing, gas central heating and Wi-Fi – creating a bright, contemporary space that’s ideal for families, friends and golfers exploring this stretch of Fife coastline. On-street parking and a shared rear garden area add to the easy, relaxed feel. Inside, a tiled reception hall leads to a stylish lounge with oak flooring, leather sofas, traditional fireplace with living flame gas fire and wall-mounted TV – a cosy spot to unwind after a day on the beach or nearby links. To the rear, the kitchen/dining room is set up for sociable meals, with a 5-burner gas range, integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher, wall-mounted TV and a dining table for six. A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave keeps longer stays simple, while a fully tiled cloakroom WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the gallery-style upper hall feels light and airy, with a rear-facing window.
