Mariai Eton Road consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar with seating for four guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric stove-effect fire and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking is available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Trusthorpe is a small seaside village resting between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire. The village is known for its sandy coastline and offers a choice of attractions nearby, including Lincolnshire Aquapark and Watersports lake and the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB.
