Breakfast can be provided on prior arrangements. However you have a mini kettle, tea, coffee, cereals, porridge, biscuit, sugar and milk in your room or I will happily provide you some fresh one. You are welcome to use the kitchen whenever you would like. I have a cat so I cannot accept pets sadly.
