Moot Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with woodburning stove and dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and double. There is a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.4 miles, lake in 1 mile, river in 0.2 miles, and canal in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture and on road parking on a first come first served basis directly outside the property, with additional off road parking in the free carpark on a first-come, first-served basis.
