What a lovely bungalow on a quiet cul de sac just a two minute stroll to the beach and shops in Criccieth. It has ample parking, a good sized enclosed lawned garden and is all on one level. This holiday cottage is comfortable and welcoming and ticks all the boxes for all the family! "A welcoming family house in Criccieth, just two minutes walk to the beach and shops. With ample private parking and an enclosed lawned garden, it ticks all the boxes." The lovely seaside town of Criccieth has some fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as interesting individual shops, and a great delicatessen. A short drive takes you to Porthmadog and the Italianate village at Portmeirion. You can take a ride on the Welsh Highland Railway and explore the beautiful landscape of Snowdonia. Travelling in the opposite direction, you will arrive at Pwllheli, a busy marina town. Further along this beautiful coastline are Llanbedrog and the ever-popular Abersoch. Note: The single bedroom with door (lockable) out to the garden with cloakroom is accessed via the twin bedded bedroom.

Neighborhood info

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
