My passion is hosting. Paul and I have 30 years experience of looking after guests and ensuring they have everything they need. We pride ourselves on providing thoughtful items that help make your holiday, like plastic beakers for outside on the terrace or some little kitchen utensil. Living in Devon it doesn’t take us long to pack up the car including our two little dogs and escape to Cornwall. We relax as soon as we step inside. Emails do have to be kept an eye on but we feel in holiday mode. Both of us love to cook and have learnt some interesting recipes as travel is our other passion. We have been fortunate to travel to many countries all over the world, although Cornwall on a sunny day cannot be beaten! Paul has to be doing something on, in or close to the water, I was thrilled with my body boarding at Watergate Bay. You are spoilt for choice with all of the amazing beaches close by. There is always something new to discover, another golden beach, interesting walk or tasty dish in a traditional pub. We love Cornwall and sharing our experiences with family and friends.

The sunset over the fields is glorious! There are no properties opposite to obstruct the beautiful countryside views. Relax on comfortable sofas and sleep well on quality beds. You feel welcomed and impressed by the tasteful furnishings, design and space as soon as you walk in. The living area is open plan. The lounge has a large Smart TV, comfortable sofas and children love the little stools that pull out from under the coffee table. The flame effect fire feels cozy. There is central heating and WIFI throughout. Large French doors open out onto the front terrace with table and chairs and gas BBQ. Sit down together at the dining table to enjoy eating together. A fully equipped kitchen, boasting a large integrated fridge and freezer and everything needed for a family meal in or out on one of our two terraces. The master bedroom has a 5ft bed, TV with built in DVD player, feel free to pick from our collection. Plenty of wardrobes as well as an ensuite with WC and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds, wardrobe and locker and is opposite the main bathroom with walk in shower, wc and basin. There is always hot water for a shower with the combi boiler. Both terraces are fenced to keep in young children or your dog.

Accommodation is located in one of the best roads, 2nd from the end so not many passing by and no properties opposite. Less than 5 minutes walk from the pool, restaurant and facilities but not too close to be bothered by entertainment noise. Parking is available for those with mobility issues or young children Plenty for all to enjoy onsite including heated pools, one with slide. Kids playgrounds and basket ball courts. High ropes, crazy golf, Bear Grylls Survival, pedal carts, trampolines to name but a few. Entertainment inside or on the outdoor stage. Brand new restaurant with a variety of meals, as well as Costa coffee, icecream parlour and food kiosks. Please note passes to use onsite facilities including pools and entertainment venue are not included. Passes can be purchased from Parkdean reception on arrival. The passes last for the duration of your stay. Town centre is 3 miles away. There are beaches in all directions including Porth Beach. 1.4 Miles ; Watergate Bay beach. 1.6 Miles ; Lusty Glaze Beach. 1.8 Miles ; Tolcarne Beach. 2.3 Miles as well as the famous Watergate Bay one of my favourites. We love the rugged coastline at Bedruthan steps, you can go down on the beach if the tide is out, the rocks covered in mussels are very dramatic like being on a film set. If you can't go down there's a large heath to explore with stunning views which is flat and a lovely cafe to recharge in with a tasty bit of cake. There are plenty of great places to eat my favourites are the Plume of Feathers in Mitchell or the Two Clomes in Quintrell Downs both only a short drive away.
