Nithbank Cottage, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility cupboard with washing machine, a sitting room with woodburning stove and smart TV, and a conservatory/ dining room with seating for two guests. The bedroom is a double serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, river/fishing access, barbecue pit in grounds, access to an old tennis court for casual hitting a ball about, bike storage available, and off-road parking for two or more cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles you will find a river. Nithbank Cottage is a wonderful escape to Dumfries and Galloway, whatever time of year. Note: Please do not walk on the neighbouring property grounds.
