2 bed barn conversion finished to a high standard throughout within the heart of the Nottinghamshire/ Derbyshire border. The upstairs offers a beautiful open plan kitchen/ diner leading into the living room with a Juliette balcony over looking scenic rural views. Downstairs to the bedrooms features original stable block walls in the master bedroom & hallway. Both double bedrooms with en-suites. Spectacular rural views throughout situated next to the Teversal Trails offering miles of off roading hiking & cycling opportunity. The property has underfloor heating throughout. There is a patio area with outdoor furniture, BBQ & fire pit to enjoy the long summer evening.
We have our beautiful barn conversion available on our farm to offer peace & tranquility in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside. Our farm is home to our own personal dogs, a variety of poultry & my horses. We are very lucky to have off road access to Teversal trails on horseback so this is how I spend my free time. We also have a large vegetable garden with fresh home grown produce available (seasonal)
The farm is situated 1 mile away from a local butchers & farm shop (Bates Farm Shop).
The local pub (Carnarvon Arms) is approximately 2 miles away.
We are situated 10 minutes drive away from Mansfield Town Centre & a 30 minute drive away from Nottingham city centre.
The farm is within walking distance of Hardwick Hall, Pleasley Pit & Silverhil Country Park.
Chatsworth house & the Peak District is 15 miles away.
