From the front you will see the mountains of Snowdonia. The master bedroom boasts views of the sea! The property has 4 bedrooms which accommodate 7 guests. If you have a bigger family, please reach out to discuss the option of living room sleeping. You'll find all you need in the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, steamer and all utensils. You will also find an iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hairdryer. Relax in the open plan living space! It's the perfect space for socialising, or watching Netflix on the wall mounted TV. Enjoy the charm of the original stone chimney breast with gorgeous lighting and electric fire. There is also a downstairs WC for your convenience. The location of the property couldn't be better. Take a short, 3 minute stroll to the High Street where you will find local pubs, restaurants, chip shops, bakeries, coffee shops, cafes, gift shops and more! The harbour is also only a 4 minute walk away. 10 minutes along the coastal path, you will reach the quaint village and beach of Borth Y Gest. The award winning beach of Black Rock Sands and golf course is just a 9 minute drive from the property. The beaches of Harlech, Criccieth, Abersoch are also within easy reach. Just a 4 minute walk from the cottage you will find the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Train. This will take you across Ty Harbwr along the Cob, a causeway built in 1811 across the Afon Glaslyn Estuary. There are many hiking trails, cycle paths, hill walks, waterfalls, castles, museums, galleries, copper mines, slate mines, watersports centers, boat trips, villages and towns to explore nearby. Enjoy some adventure at the ZipWorld sites, which are within an hour of the property! The Snowdonia National Park is also a stones throw from the property. If you plan to climb Mount Snowdon, make your base Pen Y Berth!
