This beautifully converted loft apartment offers modern open-plan living with charm and character. A communal foyer (serving two other apartments) leads into a stairway, and houses a lift that arrives just outside Penthouse Lynmouth Bay's front door. The apartment makes the most of its fantastic views by employing reverse living, so the bedrooms and bathrooms are on its first floor (although this is already the second floor of the building), and the living areas are on the upper level, in the eaves. *Please note – the bedrooms are in the original part of the building and are all large with high ceilings, the living areas are in a loft-conversion and therefore have sloping ceilings and exposed beams.

The twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth have welcomed visitors for centuries, thanks to their dramatic scenery and unique charm. Highlights include the iconic Victorian cliff railway, the spectacular Valley of the Rocks, and the riverside walks at Watersmeet—popular spots that draw visitors back year after year. Positioned on the South West Coast Path, Lynton provides an excellent base for exploring the landscapes and attractions of North Devon as well as a variety of cafés, pubs, and restaurants catering to a range of tastes and budgets. Lynton and Lynmouth's shopping areas are refreshingly independent, free from national chains and fast-food outlets. Instead, the high street features art galleries, gift shops, and unique clothing boutiques. Within a 30-minute drive, many of North Devon’s top attractions can be easily reached. These include the award-winning beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands, known for their golden sands and excellent surf. Also nearby is Ilfracombe, a charming Edwardian resort with a scenic harbour and historic tunnel beaches, and Clovelly, a traditional fishing village where donkeys are still used to transport goods along its steep cobbled streets.
