The fine print
Please note all bookings must have the guest address and telephone number included. All guests must present a photo ID. Due to the keeping guests safe we only do light freshes on stays every 3 days. Please note there are minor ongoing renovation works to the building's exterior. All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimize disruption for guests. Please note that the bedrooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. Please note this is a strictly nonsmoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a GBP 150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Guest that cause anti social behavior or disruption to other guest will also be subject to possible charges. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and a pay and display car park opposite the hotel. Guest cards will have a pre-authorization of GBP 50 made. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
