Located at the bottom of Minehead town centre the cottage is in the perfect location with it being straight in the town and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Private garden for you to enjoy with picnic bench a clothes hanger for wet beach wear to dry. Just around the corner from the cottage is the West Somerset Railway Station. On street parking nearby or a close by car park. Please note as it is on street parking only we do not and cannot allow electric vehicle charging. The nearest rapid charge point is in Alexandra Road car park which is a couple minutes walk away from the cottage. Supplies of delicious bath salts, soaps, shampoo and body wash available. TV with built in DVD player and Wifi all available as well as selection of books should you forget yours and games. We have available for use; high chair, baby bath and changing matt. If you require use of these for your stay please let us know beforehand as otherwise they are locked away in the storage cupboard so they don’t take up space for guests that don’t require them. There is also a gro anywhere blind in the bottom of the second bedroom drawers should you need it. Note we do not offer use of a cot or travel cot due to risk of SIDS so we recommend you bring your own. Unfortunately we do not accept pets!

I run the management of Richmond Cottage for my 83 year old nan who owns the property. All contact is through myself and she sometimes helps me with changeovers :)

The cottage is located on a one way road. Please do note the perk of being so close to town and the beach is that it is situated in the vicinity of the main high street which means there is a potential for road and person noise. This is usually not noticeable but can be a little louder during Summer holiday as our seaside town fills up with visitors.
