The property has beautiful views. Outside Patio area. King size bed with linin and towels. A sofa bed. (good for 1 adult or 2 small children). Black out curtains. Front facing room. Free parking. Self Catering facilities. Toilet, Electric shower fully facilitated kitchenette with pans crockery, cutlery and Electric cooker/oven facilities. Iron with board. Fan, for those warm days. Self/Private access with a lock box. Free broadband. Plenty of room for your Cot/Bassinet, should you have an infant. Private garden where you are welcome to sunbath, if you get lucky. :-) Or have a picnic. We request you to clean up after yourselves though and dispose of all rubbish safely. Especially to protect wildlife. There is a BBQ area/Patio you are welcome to use. (no BBQ or fire on the grass area) You will need a disposable one. You will feel very comfortable and relaxed in this surrounding with plenty of space for the kids to play. Please be aware that this property is not pet friendly. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. 2 mins walk away from Petrol station and Nisa local stocking all your grocery needs. As well stocked post office is located opposite the petrol station. - Both Very welcoming and friendly staff. Just outside the post office is the local bus stop. Bus going into is the lovely seaside town of Aberystwyth. By car, 3 miles drive away. As with any such towns there is plenty of shops and nice restaurants to choose from. A lovely sea front Kiosk serving lovely fresh food and a variety of ice-cream. Arts and Craft exhibition Centre. Short walk away is a Tesco express with more coffee shops and other high street stores. Main Aberystwyth train station in town. Bow Street Station is 10 mins walk from the house. Town has 2 large superstores for all your shopping needs. A trip on the Vale of Rheidol Railway is a must. Discover Devils bridge and take the 600 steps down to a stunning waterfall. Drive a little further to Corris where you will discover many arts and craft shops as well as a cafe. Great opportunity to bring back some souvenirs.
