400 year old thatched property based in the beautiful village of Ludham (central to the Norfolk Broads). Rose Cottage is a fabulous cottage with a full range of amenities and facilities to make any stay a success.
Hello. We are the Cosford family (David, Julia, Aston and Joel) and have lived in Ludham for 2 years. Rose Cottage was formerly 3 individual cottages and we live in the main cottage adjoining the holiday cottage.
Ludham is a beautiful village and your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable.
We love walking and keeping a healthy lifestyle and Ludham is perfect for this. We also enjoy going to the local pub (Kings Arms) and enjoying the great community spirit around us.
100 yards from the centre of Ludham that boasts a range of facilities and amenities such as Kings Arms Public House, Butchers, Convenience Store and Café.
Ludham is very quiet and tranquil and right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads.
