A rural, cosy, detached historic barn conversion 20 minutes from Barnstaple, and 10 minutes from Exmoor National Park, next to our listed 16th century home and extensive gardens Arlington Court National trust property is within walking distance. The barn benefits from it's own central heating, double or twin bedroom ( just let us know) and bathroom, living room, private patio area and use of the securely fenced grounds. We do welcome Infants under 2 years . 1-2 well behaved dogs also welcome. Parking for 1 car. We offer a peaceful & restful break.
We enjoy countryside living near Exmoor and the North Devon Coast which combine stunning scenery and great walking with our dogs. Our hobbies include gardening, reading and cooking for our family and friends. We really enjoying hosting guests, meeting people from all over the world and sharing the things we love about North Devon with them.
Jane and Brandon, the owners, live on the property and so are available for advice or help if needed, do feel free to ask if you need anything

We have 2 small dogs and 1 outside (semi feral) cat and welcome your well behaved pets too.
A unique rural property on the edge of a small North Devon village with easy access to the market town of Barnstaple and the beautiful North Devon countryside and coast. The gardens of our home are a particular feature which guests are welcome to enjoy. Arlington Court National Trust property is within walking distance.
Really you do need a car as we’re very rural and there are no local buses.
