NEW FOR JUNE 2023 This comfortable one bedroom modern flat is in a fabulous location with views over the cricket ground from the bedroom and the North Bay Blue Flag beach just a few mins walk away. There is also a number of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants within a few mins walk. The flat also benefits from being in walking distance to various attractions such as Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, the North and South Beach's, amusement arcades, Luna Park, Scarborough Castle and the Sea Life Centre. The North Yorkshire Moors are just a few mins by car. Whitby and Flamingo land are around a half an hour drive. The property has beds that can set up as either twin beds or a double bed. We'll request your preference prior to arrival. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 additional people but the the flat is ideal for 2 adults. All bed linen and towels are provided. The TV has a Roku device which will allow you to stream the BBC i player, the ITV hub, All 4 and 5 on demand. You will also be able to log in to your own streaming channels (Netflix, Disney etc...). Please note the TV does not have Freeview, but you can still watch all terrestrial channels by using the streaming apps mentioned above. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment above it. We will include a small welcome pack as a thank you for choosing our flat. A travel cot and high chair are available on request, please note the travel cot would need to be set up in the living room due to space. The flat is accessed via a shared front door and then by approximately 15 steps, there is no lift available and no hand rail for some of the stairs as is it owned privately. Parking - we now provide parking scratch cards to allow our guests to park one car on the road by the flat, there is plenty of parking but spaces are first come first served.

We are avid holiday makers who have stayed at multiple properties across the country. We are currently carers for disabled family members so decided to set our own holiday home up near the beautiful North bay of Scarborough to supplement our income.
