Free parking on 5th floor. Registration plates need to be registered a few days before and I will do this. Parking on bottom floor 2 hours for free for shoppers. Communal areas of apartment block and lift do need updated and are fairly old however apartment itself is very clean and comfortable and also very safe.

I am looking after my elderly mother so makes more sense to rent the apartment now! All my friends love it and I hope you enjoy the maximalist look! The apartment is in a prime location, above the Quay in Derry. Strand Road entrance. Perfect for Halloween and is currently available for Christmas and New Year! It is located beside shops, coffee shops, Sainsbury's, restaurants, bars, museums and 1 of the cinemas too. It is next to Magee University also. Apartment is also 5-10 min walk to town/buses. Local restaurants are downstairs from apartment and also in town. Takeaways and smaller shops, gym, toy shop, library etc also nearby. Cinebowl is 10 mins by taxi. Its is a great place for bowling, cinema, food, snookers etc and has a great atmosphere! 1 and a half hours/ 1 hr 40 from Belfast. 1 hour from Portush (golf tournaments) and Portstewart Donegal very close also. Buncrana is 20/35 mins away (beaches) 3.5/4 hours from Dublin Please leave all keys on kitchen table upon check-out as they both won't fit in the keypad.
