The location is truly exceptional. Located minutes from the Southwest coast path and sat just a couple of minutes’ walk from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring South East Cornwall and beyond. Seaton beach, which can be seen just down from the apartment, has a river running through it and offers miles of walking along the beach at low tide. Large granite rocks of all colours pepper this lovely secluded beach and shoreline which is usually wonderfully quiet. We have a small footpath opposite our entrance that takes you down a narrow path right onto the sea wall and beach. Mount Brioni is situated in an area dubbed ‘Cornwall’s forgotten corner’. On the quieter south coastline, hidden-gem Seaton is just three miles east of the popular visitor destination and historic harbourside town Looe and within easy distance of most of Cornwall’s attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.
