Sea View is a duplex apartment set over the second and third floor, consisting of a second-floor kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a second-floor dining room, a second-floor sitting room with Smart TV, and a second-floor conservatory/snug. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and zip/link beds and consist of a third-floor king-size and third-floor twin. There is a third-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture and sea views, and garage parking for one small/medium car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.1 miles. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Sea View. Parking - Parking is provided within a garage suitable for a small sized car (Entrance is 2.05m wide and 1.85m high). Additional parking is available in one of the 3 visitor bays on a "First come first served basis". Alternatively, the adjacent railway station car park has spaces for public use.Sleeping ArrangementsThe Master bedroom is fitted with a Superking as standard, which can be arranged as twins upon request. The second bedroom is fitted with a twin which can be arranged as a king on request. All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
