Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with full arrival instructions and all the information you need to check in at your leisure. Check-in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check-in options has been purchased. Check-out is strictly 10am, unless a late check-out option has been added to your booking. Check-in is via a secure key box; you will receive your unique key box code 7 days prior to arrival. East Fife Holiday Homes, part of the Short Stay family, also offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras – from a super early 2pm check-in to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your chosen property so you can pop open the champagne as soon as you arrive.

Looking out towards the Isle of May, Seascape Apartment sits in a quiet cul-de-sac less than five minutes’ walk by footpath from Crail’s historic harbour and village centre. Spread across the first and second floors of an end-terrace property, it’s a spacious, well-equipped base with coastal views, a private enclosed garden and residents’ parking – ideal for families, friends and golfers looking to make the most of the East Neuk. Inside, you’ll find a bright, tastefully furnished lounge with a large front window, comfy seating and a Smart TV (with Netflix), DVD player, radio and a selection of books and games, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring. To the rear, an open dining area with an extending table for up to eight guests flows through to a modern fitted kitchen with a 5-burner gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and cafetière – everything you need for relaxed self-catering stays. With four bedrooms sleeping up to seven guests comfortably, there’s plenty of flexibility for mixed groups. On the first floor, there’s a twin bedroom and a fresh family bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find a lovely master bedroom with king-size bed and dual-aspect windows, a further double bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a single bed. A modern shower room on this level, along with gas central heating and double glazing throughout, keeps things cosy and convenient year-round. Outside, the enclosed rear garden is accessed via a lockable gate and offers a mix of lawn and stone-chipped patio, with a table and chairs ready for morning coffee, lazy afternoons or an evening drink in the sea air. Residents’ parking adds to the easy-going feel. With Crail’s harbour, coastal paths and local cafés close by – and Balcomie Links and Craighead Links golf courses within easy reach, plus The Cow Shed venue nearby – Seascape Apartment makes a superb base for East Neuk adventures with local support and straightforward, direct booking.

Elie is a charming seaside village in the East Neuk of Fife, known for its sweeping golden beaches, pretty harbour and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Award-winning sands stretch from Elie Harbour to Earlsferry, creating almost a mile of safe, family-friendly shoreline that’s perfect for swimming, paddling and long coastal walks. The sheltered bay is a hub for watersports, with sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking and windsurfing all available from Elie Harbour and Elie Watersports. Golfers are spoiled with the classic links of The Golf House Club, Elie on the doorstep, while the wider East Neuk offers a string of picturesque villages such as St Monans, Pittenweem, Crail and Anstruther to explore, and St Andrews is around 20 minutes’ drive away for further shopping, dining and world-famous courses.
