If you’re looking for a coastal staycation, Seaton House provides a comfortable and homely place to stay in the heart of Seaton Carew. Sleeping up to 4 guests this welcoming property is the perfect place to visit for business or leisure. The property comes with an extensive open-plan kitchen dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge freezer, oven, hob & washing machine. Inclusive with kettle, toaster and utensils, you have everything you need for the perfect self-catering stay. The cosy living area has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV for you to unwind in front of and is the ideal space to socialise & relax after a busy day out in the area. The main bathroom is modern and clean and features a bathtub with a separate walk in shower, WC and basin. The property also boasts free WiFi throughout and free on site parking. Head to the bedrooms and you’ll find two tranquil double spaces. One room with a comfy king size bed & the other with two single beds. Both come with fresh linen and bedding to ensure you have a comfy night sleep. The spaces are complete with storage for your belongings. The house benefits from a garden which guests are more than welcome to use. The garden is over looking tennis courts, which are free for public use. Seaton House has free on site parking with space for one car/ van on a private driveway.

Seaton House is a 4 minute walk from Seaton Carew front. Seaton Carew offers a fantastic coastal walk which is packed with nostalgic charm. The front has an a ray of fish & chip shops, ice cream parlours, arcades & bars even a bowling alley and mini golf. Seaton Carew play park is a 2 minute walk, Perfect for family days out & entertainment. Seaton House is a great location to access all of Hartlepool with the main town centre, Marina & Train station being only a 9 minute drive away. Seaton Carew has an 18 hole golf course and its the tenth oldest golf course in England and only a short walk away from our property. Should you be in the area for work, major employers such as EDF, Venator, Conoco Phillips, & Sabic are within a 10 minute drive. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A1 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible as and as Superhosts we are both local and available 24/7 to help with any issues.
