The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property with floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table, double bed, and a large chest of drawers. We have a dining table and two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. There is an Iron/Board, desk and chair on request. Hi there, my name is Jules and I live with my husband Ian and our ever so friendly Chocolate Labrador “Holly” in our lovely detached home in Sissinghurst. Our wonderful Studio is situated at the rear end of our long garden overlooking fields. We love where we live in the beautiful Kent countryside and we will be very happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Jules and Ian generally will be at home during your stay and available to give any help or information you need to make your stay more comfortable and interesting.

A car is essential. Our Studio is situated about a 15 minute walk into Sissinghurst Village Centre which has a wonderful award winning pub/restaurant, together with a village store and an Indian takeaway. The wonderful National Trust Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens are 5 minutes away by car. Sissinghurst was created by Vita Sackville-Wesr, poet and writer, and her husband Harold Nicholson, author and diplomat. It is among the most famous gardens in England and is designated Grade 1 on Historic Englands register of historic parks and gardens. Other National Trust properties in the area include Scotney Castle and Small Hythe Place. Cranbrook is 5 minutes by car and looks and feels much as it has done for centuries: a peaceful small town of weather boarded houses, surrounded by orchards and farmland. In spite of its small size Cranbrook has a great deal to offer, the narrow medieval streets are lined with pretty old houses, every one different from its neighbour. There are interesting shops with numerous bars and restaurants, an excellent town museum and the wonderful Union Mill, the tallest and finest working Windmill in England. Tunbridge Wells Spa Town is approx 13 miles away and has a wonderful array of bars and restaurants. We are situated close to the winning Vineyards including Chapel Down Winery and The Balfour Estate, both offering seasonal guided tours and tastings.
