The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, fridge, fold-out dining table for two, and a TV. There is a pull-down double bed and a shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with gravel and seating, as well as off-road parking for one car.
