Large 3 storey private house. The room is a double with sole use of adjoining bathroom ;shower room and small balcony with lovely sea view over Porthminster beach.
The room has been deliberately left with an unfinished decor, with exposed granite and original plaster walls. The floor has the original honey pine flooring.
We are set on a hill coming up from town, approximately 3/4 minutes walk down to Porthminster beach and 2/3 minutes in to town. It takes longer on the way back as it’s uphill.
There are 5 beautiful beaches in St. Ives all within walking distance.
Lots of restaurants, cafes and take away food outlets.
The Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum all within 15 minutes walk of here.
