Nestled within the village of Tetney, we are proud to present Simla bungalow. The back garden faces west over open countryside, where you can witness spectacular sunsets. The front provides ample free parking for most vehicles and trailers. Simla is cosy and warm in winter and cool and fresh in the summer. There is no gas here but a full central heating electric combi boiler takes care of all the heating and hot water needs. Fully equipped with everything so you can just come relax and enjoy.

I like to leave you alone and let you treat the bungalow as your temporary home. I am just next door though, should you need me just knock, call or text.

Tetney is a quiet village just 5 miles south of Grimsby. We have The Plough traditional local pub in the village, fish n chip takeaway and childrens playpark and recreation ground. The Spar shop is very convenient being just across the road. Our church is the St Peter and St Paul dating back to the 13th century. Same name as Caistor church and in a straight line from it too! Lots of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside for strolling, dog walking and cycling. (we have an outdoor cupboard for bikes, prams etc.) Surrounding towns like Grimsby and Cleethorpes are only 10 mins drive away and in only 20 minutes you can be in the Immingham or Stallingborough industrial areas and docks. We love Tetney for this, far enough to be nice and quiet but very easily commutable. And there is some great sunsets out the back to come home to.
