This Grade II listed holiday property is located in Yarmouth, just a few hundred yards from the sea.. Ground Floor: Living room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, DAB Radio, Ipod Dock Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer Separate Toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed Second Floor: Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture. Public car park. No smoking.. Solent Cottage is set in the coastal town of Yarmouth just a few hundred yards from the sea. This smart holiday home is Grade ll listed dating back to the 1700s. The town, famed for it sailing and fishing history, still retains its olde worlde charm, with cobbled lanes, inns, restaurants, shops, church, promenade and pier. The island has a good bus network and numerous walking and cycling routes and tourist parking permits can be purchased using PayByPhone from the council. Guests can walk from the ferry terminus to the property. Shop and pub 200 yards. Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property. Free WiFi
