We ensure that the house is always cleaned to a very high standard and linens are always boiled washed and hand finished. Surfaces are all cleansed between cleans so you have no need to worry about hygiene. Beaches is located on the South West Coastal Path and enjoys all that the south west coast has to offer as you stretch your legs. South Sands is situated within a short walk of Torquay's famous promenade and sits opposite the path leading down to Livermead Sands Beach. The house is just a 10 minute walk to Torquay station with direct links to London for those arriving by train. A short walk to Torre Abbey Sands and the Riviera Conference Centre and sports facilities. Continue along the front and you arrive at the Harbour with ferries to Brixham and Dartmouth, plenty of eateries and what Torquay has to offer. We are also easy walking to the historic village of Cockington with its lakes and gardens, tea rooms and shops. The new townhouses offer a unique build on the old Soiuthsands hotel site. They are floodlite at night and form part of the bays new modern look. The property is set back from the main Torquay coastal Road which runs between Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Hollicombe Beach in Preston is also a short walk away through the park and has a beautiful sandy beach. It is quieter than the main beaches in-between. Torquay is a comfortable stroll and offers a wealth of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops, alongside attractions including water sports, golf, bowls, tennis courts, cycling and fine dining. Torquay train station is situated very close by and is within a 10 minute to the property, so you can easily leave your car at home if you wish.
