Hey, thank you for considering coming to stay with us. We are Sandra and Fabio and work here as a team, with a dream. Our intention is to transform the property by creating a Spa Motel with sauna, hot tub, freeze dip and external roofing, among other things. Sandra is an experienced beauty therapist and makes her own skincare range, which she plans to offer for sale at the property, along with a facial and massage service for guests. Fabio enjoys to cook, make coffee and help people when in need. He looks after the animals on the property and you’ll mainly see him in the SpaBar, making lunches for the guests. Both, are always onsite ready to help out their guests or deal with any issues. We are not the kind of hosts that will pry into your business or ask a lot of questions. We give our guests as much privacy as they need, but they know we are always onsite ready call when needed.

A gem in the city This small motel was a lovely place to stay. If you enjoy a nice walk, there is a beautiful park adjacent to the property- 5 steps from the door. It has a beautiful old stately home that has been converted to a beautiful hotel and restaurant (bit pricey though, if you’re on a budget). Although, costs nothing to enjoy the scenery around the parkland, which comprises of woodlands, swan lakes, an ornamental garden & many resting areas. It had such a peaceful atmosphere that makes me want to return. The motel itself was very economical for what it is. They provide tasty food and drinks in a small coffee shop in the grounds, that is really quirky. The place has everything you need, even if you just want to stay in the room, they even provide room service and always deal urgently with any issues. I have stayed in 2 of their rooms and both have beautiful decor and their is a lot of attention to detail and no expense spared with regards to fixtures and fittings I give this Motel a 8/10 It will be 10/10 when they finish off their spa motel

The SpaBar- onsite coffee shop that sells sandwiches, coffees, light lunches and snacks. Including a buffet style breakfast every morning that includes: full English, continental & vegetarian with a range of pastries, jams, fresh cream, breads & spreads. Includes tea, coffee & juices. Winstanley house - a stately hotel in the centre of the parkland, that is adjacent to the property. They offer a range of food and drinks. KFC - 20 meters- open till late A short walk will lead you to Narborough road, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, hairdressers and much more, walk to the bottom of the road and you will be in the centre of Leicester. Turn right on upperton road and the Leicester City Football Club is a 5 minute walk down, the hospital is slightly further down on your left, with DMU university behind that. There are many art and history museums in the city and a good varied nightlife.
